Hot Butter Bakery started with something simple: a love of baking. Back in 2019, I began experimenting with the brownie recipes that so many of you know and love today. What started as baking for friends and family slowly grew into something much bigger than I ever expected.

In 2023, I started supplying brownies to resellers, and that step changed everything. It helped us build a real customer base and showed me just how far this could go. That same year, Hot Butter Bakery officially got its name, and we haven't looked back since.

As the founder, I've had to learn a bit of everything along the way: recipe development, production, sales, customer service, and running the business day to day. I'm still learning, and every step has shaped who we are today.

One of the things I'm most proud of is our Goldie. I wanted to create a brownie that broke away from tradition while still giving you everything you love about a perfectly made one. There was a gap for something different, and after a lot of experimenting and refining, the Goldie was born. It's become our signature!

Looking ahead, what excites me most is you. The support we've received has let us grow beyond anything I first imagined, and that growth has meant building a team that truly feels like family. Watching Hot Butter Bakery expand while staying true to what makes it special - that's what keeps us going.

And if you're wondering what I'd choose if I could only ever eat one of our products forever? Easy. A Goldie, every time. The flavour, the texture. It's the one I reach for first, even now.
