Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout online. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your payment is processed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver to the whole of South Africa only. Delivery fees and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take?
We use The Courier Guy to deliver your order. The Courier Guy typically delivers within 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination. Custom or large orders may require additional time — see Custom Orders below.
Can I track my order?
You’ll receive email updates as your order is processed and dispatched. For urgent queries, contact us.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items. If delivery fails due to unavailability, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online card payments at checkout via Yoco Gateway.
Are your prices in South African Rand?
Yes, all prices are listed in ZAR (R) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, a digital receipt/invoice is emailed to you automatically after payment.
Build-A-Box
What is Build-A-Box?
Build-A-Box lets you create a custom selection of treats from our range, packaged together as a personalised gift or order.
Can I mix and match items in my box?
Yes, select from the available options to build your box exactly how you like it.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of items?
The box size you choose determines how many treats it holds. This is a fixed amount.
Can I add a personalised message or gift note?
Yes! Just add an order note at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing them, provided preparation hasn’t started. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only provided for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, redo, or refund as appropriate.
Can I get a refund if I simply change my mind?
As our products are made fresh and are perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Custom Orders & Lead Times
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we accommodate bulk orders. Please get in touch with your requirements.
How much notice do you need for custom orders?
We recommend placing custom orders at least a week in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekends and holidays.
Can I request a specific flavour, design, or dietary adjustment for a custom order?
Yes, let us know your preferences when enquiring and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
