Before submitting your application, please read through the following. By applying, you agree to these terms.
Stock & Supply
Hot Butter Bakery supplies products on a wholesale basis to approved stockists only. Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed at our discretion based on location, fit, and capacity. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
Pricing & Payment
Wholesale pricing is provided upon approval and is subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment is due in full before stock is dispatched unless a credit arrangement has been agreed to in writing. We do not offer consignment terms.
Product Handling & Storage
All Hot Butter Bakery products must be stored according to the guidelines provided at the time of supply. Improper storage that results in spoilage or quality issues is the responsibility of the stockist. Products may not be repackaged, relabelled, or misrepresented in any way.
Branding & Representation
Stockists may identify themselves as a Hot Butter Bakery stockist but may not use our logo, photography, or branding materials without prior written permission. We reserve the right to request that any unauthorised use be removed immediately.
Exclusivity
Unless agreed to in writing, stockist arrangements are non-exclusive. Hot Butter Bakery may supply other stockists in the same area.
Termination
Either party may end a stockist arrangement with reasonable written notice. Hot Butter Bakery reserves the right to terminate an arrangement immediately if these terms are breached.
Process
Step 1: Fill in the form and tell us a bit about your shop or venue and what you’re looking for.
Step 2: We review your application. We’ll look it over and get back to you within a few business days.
Step 3: We’ll be in touch. If it’s a good fit, we’ll reach out to discuss the details and get you set up.
